Seat bag: Tube, patch kit, multi tool.
Bike frame: Pump, lock. [Secure bike lockup facility (cage) provided by company]
What do you keep at work? : Shampoo, soap, deorderant, razor, shave cream, towel, work shoes. (locker and shower facilities at work)
What do you have two of (i.e., one at home, one at work)? : The toiletries.
How do you organize your bag or pannier? : I have no need for them. (I use a rear rack)
