I think the first group came across the finish at 12:15...started at 7:30 = 4:45 = approx 21 mph avg. I also talked to some from that group who say they didn't stop at any of the aid stations so they must have carried extra water bottles in their jerseys. That's as fast as this loop will ever be done as long as they route it over the bridge, thru town and back up the trail system.
