That's as fast as this loop will ever be done as long as they route it over the bridge, thru town and back up the trail system.
From what I've been seeing on other local message boards, they're planning on changing the route next year to accomodate up to 3,000 riders as opposed to this year's route, which was evidently designed for 1,000 riders.
