I asked on FGG so its only fair that I ask here. Are any of you fabulous fixed gear fools risking your lives riding on the notsobikefriendly roads of Long Island? I'm in central/eastern nassau county. I ride all over this area and I never see anyone riding a FG (or a single speed for that matter). Once in a blue moon someone will come into my shop that rides fixed but usually their from brooklyn or manhatten. Just wondering if the fixed gear population really is that dismal out here. I guess I'm just getting lonely
