Bikes: 2003 Jamis Nova - commuter setup

Off the rack SS - Raleigh One-Way or Bianchi San Jose

Since I'm not real versed in SS components, I'm wondering which of these would be the better bike to be used as a SS commuter. I'm not considering price, and I already have a spare set of fenders so the fact that the Raleigh has them isn't a big deal for me. First, the Raleigh.
