There is no
one DLLP technique. I know I have not been entirely clear on that, because of my emphasis on one particular technique, but I also know I have been clear enough with you in particular on this.
Now just to be clear, this is NOT about mandatory sidepath use... this is about chosing to use the main traveled way (the hiway) at less than the speed of the majority of users (motorists) and in such a manner as to cause them inconvenience, (slowing them) simply because you chose to do this, so that you yourself are not "inconvenienced" by using the MUP which may potentially have pedestrians on it, and may slow YOU down.
That is a double standard.
Again, for your "double standard" accusation to be true, the reason I opposed riding on the sidepath would have to be because I don't want to be slowed down by pedestrians, skaters, slow cyclists, etc. on the sidepath.
Yet I've never stated that was the reason, nor was it ever the reason.
