Bikes: Catrike Pocket, Lightning Thunderbold recumbent, Trek 3000 MTB.

It's not ok to slow motorists to 15 because that would increase the risk of serious accidents on that road. A bicyclist "reducing" (for me it would be an improvement) speed to 15 is not going to cause accidents.
