The good news is that I am not sore after 250 miles this week and 280 last week.
The bad news is that I have absolutely no energy even after increasing my caloric intake.
So, I had a nice slow "smell the flowers" ride in this morning. Took 2.5 hrs to ride 28 miles.

I found the perfect way to slow down.
I changed my MP3 player from shuffle and pointed it to my Radiohead Ok Computer album. So much easier to go slow with nice relaxing music. Watched the sun come up.
I need a nap.
