I've got a pair of Cane Creek Crosstop inline levers that are really high quality, for 24mm bars (and smaller if you want to shim). I could sell them to you for cheaper than bikeparts.. I blacked out the logo on the right hand one with gloss paint, so it looks a little funny, but works fine and everything.
