Windy today. A steady headwind the whole time, with some pretty strong gusts. Fully overcast with temps around 60 degrees. Rain was threatening the whole ride but only managed a kind of mist with a few isolated drops toward the end of my ride.

I've been wearing my raincoat over a t-shirt the last few days and I find I get too hot in them. I Need to get something long sleeve for temps in the mid 50s to low 60s. Maybe just a long sleeve t-shirt will do, but any ideas?
