Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

That is Park's "Fourth Hand" tool. I guess Performance doesn't think their customers would recognize what it's for if they referred to it as a 4th hand.
