I have another reason for an average speed field: the current one is not working correctly. Apparently, it's basing average speed off minutes only. I rode 6.4 miles the other day at 18mph exact (21:20). When I entered this into your site, I got 18.2857.... knowing this wasn;t right, I played around with the ime, saving each time. The time did not change until I hit 22' when it dropped to 17.45.... Obviously, this isn't all that helpful. The extra decimal places are kind of interesting, but since the program doesn't factor in seconds, it's fundamentally flawed. Can you fix this or add an AVS field?
