Not that I know of. Heck, when the city proposed the ban in August, they didn't even pass it by their own Traffic Subcommittee first.
Then it sounds like they need to instutionalize input from cyclists in their traffic planning. A volunteer committee composed of the cyclists who dealt effectively with them on the bike ban sounds like a good start, but it's always easier to volunteer someone else's time.
