incidentally a pipe wrench makes a really fine bottom bracket adjustment tool. since we're sharing all our secrets, you understand. and Goof-Off removes decals, too. no need to rely entirely on the LBS for everything.

next week we'll be discussing the disassembly and rebuilding of the GM turbo400 automatic transmission; much simpler than bicycle maintenance I realize, but still a good primer for deralleur adjustment. you will, of course, need a screwdriver.

Is it OK if I bring the screwdriver with rounded edges? You know, the one I use to put tires back on rims.
