Dial - integrated headsets, the bearing races are built into the frame, thus part of the headset is integrated into the frame. You still need the bearings, other races, etc. The Flyte actually uses what is termed an 'internal' headset, which, apparently is different yet. And yes, you've got to buy those seperate as well.
