He moved my saddle up maybe 5mm which puts me just about at KOP. He wasn't too concerned about it being dead over the pedal. While the program he used gave an acceptable range for set back, which I was within, his approach was more functional, try to determine where your butt wants to be on the saddle. If you tend to want to slide forward on the saddle move the seat up. If you're often pushing to the back move it back.
