Mars -- I love the idea of riding across a frozen lake for the XCC. It will certainly be a tale to tell. If you do the ride make sure you wear a life preserver from the sailboat on the off chance the ice is not as strong as it looks. You will certainly be king of the XCC after you cross the ice. Maybe you should look into a personal hovercraft for crossing the lake with your bike.
