Just bought a new bike a few days ago, Fuji Roubaix RC, took it out for an inaugural ride this past weekend and realized it needed some minor adjustments that I need to go back to the LBS for.... basically a lot of chatter in the top two gears. No big deal.

Another thing I did notice was that when I'm pedaling, there is some slop, basically when I push on the pedal, it'll spin then catch, it's not a direct, positive connection. I wasn't sure if the chain was just too loose or maybe the crank wasn't adjusted right? This is actually pretty annoying when I ride, it seems to happen in any pedal position and sometimes when the slack catches it's a little jarring and unsettles the bike.

Just wondering if anyone else experiences this on their bikes and if there is any fix for it.
