Guys, this is definitely a fit that's aiming for comfort. Without any slope in the top tube, you won't have much seatpost showing and will achieve the near-level saddle to stem drop. Maybe you should be reconsidering your conception of a custom road/track frame to include fits that aren't just "performance". If most of you were put through a fit kit, your current set-ups with ridiculous saddle to stem drop would fall into the red, "not recommended" category. But since the majority of you are young and dumb (like myself), your body and your mind tell you otherwise. Now back to my pursuit bike with 6" of drop.
Also, glad to see some of his work posted here; I was considering having SW Frameworks do a track end retrofit on an old Bianchi of mine and have always wanted to have some Paul ends with the built in tensioners!
