As far as guys....we generally could care less. You wanna go do something? Great! And then within about 2/10ths' of a second, our mind is wandering about what we could possibly do in that span of time she'll be busy. Going away for a few days? Awesome! We spend sooooo much time thinking about all the great possibilities, that we usually figure something really cool out about 4 hours before she's due back home. The rest of the time prior to that is spent debating whether or not you want to waste x-amount of time doing something, since you "don't have much time" to begin with.

Or you think about stuff to do while sitting in front of the TV.
