On the IRO website, it has the cranks shown with the chainring attached on the inside on the arms. It also recommands using a 110 mm BB to achieve a 42 mm chainline. 107 and 110 asymmetrical bb's have the same length on drive side spindle. either will produce proper chainline when used with the iro cranks. mount the chainring on the back of the spider where it belongs.
