All PF frames use integrated headsets. Prior to the QS2-S all of them used Campagnolo compatible hidden headsets. The QS2-S uses the Cane Creek compatible headset. The difference between the two is that the Cane Creek Standard integrated headsets use a 35°x45° angular contact bearing (ACB), Campagnolo a 45°x45° ACB. The bearings are not interchangeable.
