Adding waterbottle bosses

Looking for input/opinion

I have a project to take a '82 nishiski cro-mo lugged frame and turn it into a utility/commuter. This will include replacing almost everything, adding baskets etc and repainting (probably rattle can)

The frame does not have the eyelettes/bosses for water bottllse and a would like to add them.

How feasable/practical is it for rookie to braze these on, without destroying the frame? I have done silver soldering for jewlery, sweat soldering for copper pipes. I have a bernzomatic propane torch and a bernzomatic mapp gas/oxygen torch. (and I read and follow instructions)

Any suggestions and hints?

thanks
