About the BB. if you are going to move it from one bike to another you will need a ISIS BB tool to get the old bb out of the frame and to install it onto the new frame.
The difference in weight between Ultegra and Dura-Ace is something just over 100g. Really Ultegra is a great bargain, the performance of Dura-Ace, with little or no weight penalty at a good price.
