They finally relocated the new bike rack at my building on campus.
Originally installed at an 'exit-only' wing, it was never used, and bikes continued to be parked on handrails near the main entrance.
Yesterday it was moved to a location where folks might actually use it, and I locked up there this a.m.
I'll still park on the handrails (under a covered walkway) when its raining. Covered bike parking is still a pipe dream at Duke, apparently...
