Stomach ache while riding moderate

I was riding this morning-fairly flat with some low grades for about 35 minutes. Id eaten breakfast about an hourish before and was fairly well hydrated. It was 54 outside. Not too exertive since Im getting into riding as an alternative to my pre army injury running. I got a stomach ache during the last 10 minutes or so coming up a long upward grade- not a muscle cramp or anything. Could this just be adaptation or hydration or something? I rode a mile and a half or so earlier this week and I don't know how far today-not too bad since it was only half an hour averaging around 10-12 mph with some stops for cars. I weigh 265, but im trying to go relatively easy. Any ideas?
