If you timed me, greased toothbrush and pedal wrench/6 mm allen in hand, I could probably do it in no more than 1-1 1/2 minutes. Are you a sloth or just really protective of your NOS steez? Also, those plastic things are incredibly easy to install and remove with a screwdriver as a leverage device between the tab on the platform and the spring of the pedal. Use brain in head, young apprentices.
