holy **** this is funny.. dont make me shoot a how too video .. and you dont need to grease them every single time.. theres grease on the threads and in the cranks.. andthey only have to be as tight as one good pull on the park wrench
other tricks.. get them both loose.. put down wrench.. hold both pedals and spin cranks.. 2 at once.. same for putting them on
