For those of you who carry a first aid kit when you ride what is in yours?

In mine I have:

These items can be used for anyone:
1 one time use CPR microshield clear mouth barrier
2 pair of the safe skin purple nitrile gloves
1 small container of q-tips
1 small pair of scissors, similar to cuticle scissors
1 small pair of tweezers
1 roll of gauze
1 roll of first aid tape
1 safety pin
2 small packets of homeopathic poison ivy scrub
2 small packets of neosporin antibiotic cream
an assortment of differant size band aids ranging from the knuckle & fingertip style to the standard rectangle shape to the larger style
a number of alcohol prep pads
a small container of dissolving soap strips

my use only:
SPF 30 lip protectant
bottle of an assortment of pain reliever, anti-acid & stomach aids

It all fits into a nice red bag with the first aid cross on it which fits in my recumbent seat bag.

For antiseptic wipes I always carry a package of baby wipes. Of course it will ont fit in the first aid kit but does fit in the seat bag.
