Actually this was supposed to have been posted in the A&S forum, I thought I was there when I posted it. My kit is for any ride I do, not just commuting. The gloves are if I have to treat someone with an open wound or they have to treat me. I have a box of them at home.

The kit was partially pre packaged, the brand name is Sawyer. I added the gloves, cpr mouth barrier q-tips, neosporin, poison ivy scrub, scissors, tweezers, gauze, tape, alcohol pads, pain releiver, lip ointment & some of the bandages.
