I have a first aid kit in the bottom of my Camelback but it is still in the cellophane wrapper so that it stays intact. No idea what is in it, but my first aid kit is a cellphone- and the only time I had to use that- I could not get a signal. Always carry a Fresh water bottle with me though and By the time I have washed out what I think is a bad cut- it stops bleeding.
