Well, Sunday was my 50th birthday so I guess I can be officially a over 50 member now. I celebrated with a 53 mile ride on Saturday, as Sundays weather forecast was dicey. Sadly, it was my worst 50+ ride of the year, as I was very low energy, and was really trashed by the time I finished. On the good side, it was one of my faster ides, so the intensive training I have been doing on my indoor trainer with intervals and strength intervals a couple of times a week. I also started Weight Watchers last week, I think that was the reason for just running out of gas the last 10 miles or so. I'll stop boring you now. But I do feel good about myself and the steps I am taking.
