Hats off to Ultimate Stands
I posted this in the "Mechanics Forum" and wanted to share my experience with Ultimate here too.
The vice came apart on my BRS-80R repair stand while getting ready to service my bike for the weekend group ride. I contacted Customer Support via their web site and received an e-mail back from Nathan Alburn
to verify my purchase date and address. By Saturday, I had the repair parts in my hand and installed in the stand AND my bike ready for Sunday's ride.
