Some of the above posts are spinning out into the twilight zone so let’s have a little recap for the impatient who cannot read the entire post.
What I am advocating is this
Eat fruit, nuts, meat, and vegetables.
I mean come on this is not fad or low carb it is just common sense really. If you want Gatorade, donuts, bread, protein bars and whatever else the marketing people at craft want to sell you and you like to eat it go for it, it is just a choice and there is no right or wrong it is just personal preference. I like to ride my bike fast in traffic it is a calculated risk one I am willing to take because I enjoy it.
