Now with the time change I take an hour. I can not ride before 0630 due to the light issue. (haven't picked out a headlight yet). When I had plenty of daylight it was 30 minutes. I quick 50/50 orange juice and water mixed with whey protein powder, half of a cliff bar, fill the water bottles and go.
The hour time frame does allow for the morning "constitutional" though. I do enjoy riding lighter...
