max 20 gram carb from fruit/starchy veg per meal weekday
max 40 gram carb from fruit/starchy veg per meal weekend
Don't eat after 5pm except post workout everyday
only grass fed/free range meats
no grain or grain products
no refined or processed anything
no legumes
no sugars
no juice
no dairy
no salt
