4 meals a day

1 tbs fish oil Daily
protein size of palm of hand Every meal
non starchy veggies unlimited Every meal
nuts small hand full or 1 tbs oil Every meal
max 20 gram carb from fruit/starchy veg per meal weekday
max 40 gram carb from fruit/starchy veg per meal weekend
Don't eat after 5pm except post workout everyday

only grass fed/free range meats
no grain or grain products
no refined or processed anything
no legumes
no sugars
no juice
no dairy
no salt

lots of good fat and high nutrient denstity
