2 options.
Assuming your crank is the one below - it has a 130 BCD. This means you can easily swap out the inner chainring for a 39 and possibly a 38 if you can find it. This will help a little.
The second and more viable option would be to swap out your rear cassette/freewheel for something with a broader range - maybe up to a 13/27 or 13/28, depending on what model you need.
Doing both will give you the greatest change.
