Just wondering what everyones opinions are of the brake pads. Do you go for the fixed one whole unit replacement or do you go with those slide the rubber out and just slide a new replacement rubber in?

Also on those slide a rubber in units do they wear out faster then the other fixed whole units? I have both versions here and just wondering.
