Raleigh Technium PRE

Had a club meeting at one of my brother's garage today - besides all the motorcycles he got kicking around, I noticed a Raleigh (USA) Technium PRE in what appears to be complete and original condition. The frame is very nice, very few scratches, and given the indexed SunTour derailleurs, DiaCompe aero brakes, all the reflectors still intact I'm assuming that the bike is all original.

I'll freely admit I know nothing about the late 80's American Raleigh, so I'm open to opinions from the group regarding desirability, is it worthwhile picking up (other than a bike in nice condition that can be bought cheap enough), etc. I'm especially open to opinions/reports on what the bike is worth in the current market. Since it's all original, I'd probably want to keep it in that condition, as opposed to doing a single speed, etc.

Thanks,
