I wouldn't feel too bad about it since it wouldn't have sold anyway. But I'm actually surprised at all the positive remarks toward the bike, especially since the auction got over 800 views and not a single bid. I was sure there was some glaring flaw that everyone else picked up on that I didn't.

cuda2k: I'd love to start riding with you guys again. I caught the fixed gear fever in the middle of summer and I'm finally starting to look back now that my knees are showing signs of distress/splitting at the seams. I sometimes have visions of spinning at 100rpms at any given ratio. I should try a group ride again soon anyway just to see how I fare on hills (once my aero lever comes in, of course). It's all the stops and starts that really wear you down after a few hours.
