Eh..... doesn't bother me too much, at all. Looks like the second guy did a good bit of spiffing up, and a MUCH better job on presentation. He earned the delta - assuming it sells.

Besides, I'll bet the first guy was happy with what he got out of it - probably picked it up cheap at a garage sale or something, and flipped it for quick cash.
