I bought one last year but had to sell it because the frame size I bought was to small for me. What I found was this:
PROS:
pretty lightweight
extremely fast especially going downhill
COMFORTABLE seat ( I kept the seat and stuck a different one on when I sold it)
CONS:
Not great for climbing hills, or at least not in the gear ratio that it comes in. Although I run a 48x15 on ALL my bikes and never had a slow hill climb like I did on the Motobecane.
Brakes suck. I would advise to at least change the pads to Kool Stops and see if that improves the capability. if not get new calipers.
