Yeah, I was thinking the same thing as it is very tight geometry on mine which would indicate a racing frame. But the chrome on the rear stays is only along the chain-stay and not the full triangle which was typical of a higher-end Ciocc. This may be an older bike and they didn't do the full chromed trianble until later on.
