The last time I called to complain about a company driver who endangered me (ran a red light) I got an immediate and very apologetic call from the owner of the HVAC repair company, and later a call from the driver himself, apologizing.

These days I'd be concerned about the guy having my home number (stinking caller ID), but back then I never gave it a thought.
