I have a Rock Shox Mtn Suspension Seatpost and after 25 riding hours it is time for maintenance. Their manual says :
- Lubricate the internal parts.
- Check for increased side to side movement. If after a fresh greasing there is still side-to-side movement, replace the
keys.

My questions are :
To lube It or to grease It ?
What kind of lube/grease to use ?

I know that some oils can damage the seals, so I used my Motorex Bike Grease. Am I doing the right thing ?
