Bikes: Electra Townie 7D

Regular quick oatmeal in a bowl
Pour in enough boiling water to just cover
Stir.
Mix in pinto or chili beans, 3 tablespoons
Go shower or read
Come back and it's cooked.

Lower cholesterol and lower blood sugar.

Make sure you chew the beans, though.
