Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
Cooked in Skim Milk (not water - adds protein)
Sweeten with Splenda Brown Sugar
Cinnamon-to taste
Raisins-to taste
Add a dash of Real Vanilla Flavoring-to taste

Breakfast on many mornings!
