Exactly. If you want stuff more fitted, it's as simple as buying a different brand.
That's the exact issue I have with one of my MEC cycling jackets actually. It's warm and functional, but it's definitely shaped for a gut. I get severe jacket *****/belly when I'm wearing it..
My goretex one fits great however, but that might explain why they don't make it anymore (if you use TJ's logic).
