I have never seen a Ciocc made with lower-grade Columbus tubing (Aelle or the like), but here's where some expert can correct me and add to the data-base if I'm mistaken.
I had a Ciocc Aelle bike. 1984 San Cristobal with Triomphe gruppo. Nice entry level racer, a little too fast in the steering for me - hard to ride no hands... not that I ever needed to use my victory salute.

This is the best photo I have of it. Headtube cracked in a crash, I kept the downtube for a souvenier.
